These Store Terms & Conditions govern all purchases of physical products made through authoragharris.com (the "Site"), operated by A.G. Harris ("A.G. Harris," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Store Terms & Conditions, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility

We offer physical products for sale, which may include signed books, book plates, and cover art. We make every effort to display our products, including their colors, details, and appearance, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product, and slight variations may occur. Signed and hand-finished items are individually prepared and may vary slightly from one another.

3. Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify our offerings at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a refund for that item.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders

8. Title and Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Any claims for items damaged or lost in transit are addressed in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Store Terms & Conditions by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. 11. Governing Law

These Store Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to a purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
