Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased through authoragharris.com (the "Site"), operated by A.G. Harris ("A.G. Harris," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship within the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to addresses outside the continental United States.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days after the order is placed. Signed and hand-finished items may require additional preparation time. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, holidays, or new releases.

3. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via a standard carrier. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location. Any delivery estimate provided is approximate and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to you once we deliver the items to the carrier. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, it becomes the buyer's responsibility. If your order is lost or delayed in transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier where possible, but we are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they leave our possession.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or if reshipment is required, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
